Road closures are currently in place in the city as emergency services attend an incident in Warwick Square in Carlisle this morning (10 Aug). A man is currently on the roof of a property in Warwick Square and road closures are in place whilst police and partners work to bring the situation to a safe conclusion. Drivers are asked to avoid the area – Warwick Square has been closed at the Warwick Road end.
